When we present documents to potential readers, and are asking them to invest their time and attention in order to learn something of value. If we deliver, and the time is judged to be well spent, the reader will form a positive impression of the company and products asssociated with the document. The key here is providing not only a compelling story, but information that the reader will benefit from knowing.
